S O H A M "Healing Relationships" is a transformative 6-day program that combines powerful modalities with spiritual exploration, rooted in neuroscience, active meditations and ancient alchemy.
You'll enter a unique and sacred path to empowerment, healing and inner freedom through breathwork, hypnosis, kundalini activation, sound healing, energy work and sacred ceremonies.
You'll make connections, heal deep wounds, increase your authenticity, develop a greater connection with your body, expand self-acceptance, cut through addictions (people and substances), deepen your knowledge and much more!
By working with the being as a whole, I aim to bring you back to a parasympathetic state of equilibrium where body, mind and spirit are in alignment, which is where true healing from trauma can be observed.
The retreat is in english and french languages. The group is divided in two for the theory classes while the practice courses are experienced all together.

I'm a licensed mental health therapist and I work with a unique approach to healing through neuroplasticity, pranayama techniques, sound frequencies and a magical dust of ancient alchemy.
My certifications and diplomas are in neuroscience, clinical hypnotherapy, parapsychology, physiology, Reiki, sanscrit, meditation, movement therapy, consciousness, bodywork, ancient alchemy, Indigenous healing and others… I list these as separate modalities, and yet they are interconnected. Everything begins to weave together like separate strands of hair in a braid.
I'm the founder of the SOHAM program, an intense journey of self-exploration, an eventual discovery of a more whole way of being and the teaching of growth for you and others.
JORDAN ROBERTS (CANADA)
YOGA TEACHER & AYURVEDA PRACTITIONER
Jordan spent 8 years of undergrad and postgraduate, obtaining a B.Sc. in Earth & Planetary Sciences from the University of Western Ontario and an M.Sc. in Geological Sciences at the University of British Columbia. In mid-2022, following burnout and a sudden health scare from a tick bite, she left her corporate job as a Geologist in search of a new path based in holistic practices to heal the mind, body, and soul. Since leaving the corporate world behind, she’s travelled to 10 countries learning a variety of holistic healing practices. During this time, she completed 150 hrs Ayurvedic Integrative Nutrition Counseling training, 500-hours of Yoga Teacher Training (in Guatemala & India), and 17-day immersive Inner Dance meditation training (Philippines).

Refund Policy :
We do not offer refunds. If you need to change your attendance to this retreat, we will do our best to accommodate you through the option of attending a different SOHAM programs on a different date and/or location based on availability and within a year of the original workhop/retreat. There is a $250 administrative fee for changing program dates/locations, plus any difference in the cost of the two workshop/retreat.
Please note that this option is not transferable to another person.
For processing change requests, please note that we require a minimum of 20 days notice before the booked initial SOHAM workshop/retreat starts.
Since you will attend an in-person program, we strongly advise obtaining travel insurance to protect you against potential health issue. You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing during this retreat. The facilitator or SOHAM's Team will not be held liable for any injury or other medical, physical, mental or emotional issues that may arise, are sustained or aggravated during or after this event.
